David R. Godine Tells All
The overworked & underpaid staff at the renowned Museum of Printing codially invite you to a lecture by David R. Godine, Paragon of Publishers, who is prepared to reveal tales of a misspent youth, dissolute middle age & curmudgeonly dotage while relating with candor, proximate honesty and disarming charm anecdotes of greedy agents, feckless authors, impossibly eclectic titles, occasional triumphs & frequent failures, huge challenges of Dantesque proportions and even more secrets of the so-called literary life.
A modest reception will follow with a fetching array of titles available at the Museum shop.
April 21, 2018, 1:00–2:30pm.
